It starts when you get the printer, install it and send us a photo for confirmation (it's not a bad idea for you to stand by the printer when taking the photo). Without photo confirmation, it starts when you get the printer.
2. During the first year after you bought the printer from us if there are any problem came out (the possibility is very low), we would send you necessary accessories free of charge.
3. Our technicians will be online almost every day. No matter what kind of technical question that you might have, you can get a satisfactory answer from our professional technicians easily.
4. Onsite installation and training service is optional for you to choose if you are able to bear the costs involved like flight ticket, food, accommodation etc. NOTE: The training itself is totally free of charge.
