7. operating principle of thermal sublimation printer ?
 
operating principle: thermal sublimation transfer is based on the technology that some pigment
will sublimate after heating to a certain degree. In the process of sublimation, pigment will dye
the fabric textile or synthetic material permanently after reaching on them. 
 
When operating, firstly print the thermal sublimation ink to heat transfer paper. Graphics will be
printed to the base materials after heating pressing. The design can be very clearly printed to the 
Sublimation paper .
 

8.how to select the quality thermal sublimation ink?
 
1.prints will be sublimated to products through the thermal sublimation of thermal sublimation ink, so rate of reduction of the ink color is very important. Very glad to say WER imported thermal sublimation ink all have 90% rate of reduction, with which pictures have very good color saturation and are very bright.
 
2. If the thermal sublimation ink has big ink particle, it will clog the print head. Prints printed with it does not look very smooth. Sometimes can easily see particle with magnifying glass.
 
9.The applications of sublimation textile printer.
 
The sublimation Eco solvent printer is widely used for printing textile, handbag, woven belt, luggage cases, gauze pad, packing materials, advertising media and so on.
 
10.What should the customer notice before starting the printer?

a. Please make sure that the USB line and power line connect well.

b. Please check whether the ink is enough in the ink tanks. The ink tanks should be about 80% full.

c. Please check if there is air in the ink tubes, whether print head is clogged. If the head is clogged, the customer should use the cleaning solution to clean the head.

d. Make sure that the cleaning head ways is correct to protect the other parts.

e. please check if the printing platform is plain. If not plain, the customer can adjust the screw at bottom of the leveling measurement.

f. before printing, the customer should test the print nozzles. If there is missing some lines, please choose automatic head cleaning or manual cleaning the head.

g. please check the strength of the light of UV lamp, to make sure the UV lamp works well.
 
11.working environment?

13. how to maintain the printer? 

Printer should be maintained after a period of time, if not maintained for a long time, not only printed drawings, photos will have aberration, and also have damage to the printer itself. Printer maintenance mainly includes the following aspects: the nozzle inspection, the print head cleaning ,the print head alignment, large amount of ink wash. 

14.Notices when to turn it off? 

a.Before shutdown, users should check and confirm whether the sublimation drying machine in normal standby mode or not. 

b.If the the ink lacking lamp flashes,Please change the ink cartridge in time.The sublimation ink drying machine should have been turned off when all the printing works finished.

c.Thermal sublimation drying should be turned off in the form of cube power key.Do not shut down in the form of directly cut off the power,or it will cause serious consequences. 

d.After shutdown, the sublimation drying machine should be covered by cloth cover ,in order to prevent dust intrusion damage from heating sublimation plate.
